Alyson Trout, Director of Music

Alyson Trout is a lifelong member of Grace Lutheran Church, and is thrilled to be serving Grace and the Pottstown community as the Director of Music.

A graduate of Lebanon Valley College, she holds a Bachelor of Science in Music Education and a Bachelor of Music in Piano Performance. Alyson also earned her Master of Education from LaSalle University in 2022.

In addition to her music ministry, Alyson also serves as the Choral Director at Pottsgrove Middle School, where she has been teaching since 2019. She currently directs the Concert Choir and Show Choir, serves as the Vocal Director for the annual spring musical production, and instructs the middle school Color Guard.

Alyson resides in Bechtelsville with her husband and two young children. In her free time, she enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with her family.

Mrs. Stephanie Houck, ELC Director

Stephanie Houck has been the director of Grace Early Learning Center for over 15 years. Stephanie holds a B.S. in Early Childhood Ed/ Elementary Ed from Kutztown University and a M. Ed. degree in Education/Instructional Technology from Cabrini College. All of her classroom experience has been in early childhood education. She has taught 2nd grade, Preschool, and Pre-K. Stephanie has two teenage children, a son and a daughter. Both attended Grace Early Learning Center as preschoolers. Over the past 15 years, working here has allowed Stephanie to meet many wonderful families in the Pottstown area. She enjoys watching the children grow as they come to the school as a toddler and leave as a preschooler. Stephanie enjoys reading, biking, exercising, hiking, and vacationing with her family.
